Germany apparently for the poet or narrator of this poem is a touchy subject, we all have touchy subjects, why? We have our reasons and like the poet do not always want to share them. With the lines stated three times and reversing 'I just can’t stand it – I have my reasons.' 'I have my reasons – I just can’t stand it.' 'I just can’t stand it – I have my reasons.' It is clear the poet/narrator has firm reasons and seems to have had fun writing the poem.
