Wendigo go away
but come ye not back another day
Howl neither at dusk;
not dawn;
just go away, yes,
go away
for pain, ye cause us people day-by-day
I starkly command thus:
Wendigo--go away!
But come ye not back another day!
We in our kingdom--come
seeking only peace,
not glum
rushing streams of peace;
as streams;
not bloody sacrifice on log-hewn beams
