Weep Poem by Kostas Lagos

Weep

Rating: 5.0

Dust and ashes
leeches and locusts
every place
feeds on what it
produces, with this they live
An angel descended
and shouted:
what you have
is what you deserve
Cry with tears
of blood and fire
beg with a voice
that ends in a death rattle!
Guardian where is
your post?
Listen carefully
the wind's roar
feel the anouncement
hiding inside it:
earth to earth
blood on blood
death on death
the phial of wrath is open

Would you take a moment to explain what is the main idea of this plain text? It reads like the common texts some other new contributors have posted on the Greek page lately. How come? Are you them?

Do you see a Home sign up there on the left? Click on it and it will take you to the Greek front page of PH. I know of no other page.

Is there a Greek page? How do I find it? No, I'm not them. It's actually a mix of thoughts about the state of small societies, written in a way between a jeremiad, a little of delirium and doom metal song lyrics, Cathedral mainly.I love Lee Dorian's lyrics.

And what we write is what we deserve to write. I do not need an angel to tell me that. I observe it every day.
