Weekends And Evenings; In The Country

Presented, first, had we been
With this shared life-plan
Draws both, to thrill o'er, of what yet
As an ideal scan?

Dotted about, for those days
Of quiet reserve's
Fill of content. Alcoved and sheltered
Whose hours are, moreo're;
Lamped inn's, mooned inlet's, wine-swished for.
Love's charmed pair best serves.
