We Wish He Would Have Stayed Poem by Yukon Mordsmoi

We Wish He Would Have Stayed

The creepy old man is coming back to town
It's been so peaceful, with him not around

Lusting after teenage girls at the beach
Knowing full well they're out of his reach

Attempting to step out on his wife
She deserves a much better life

We all deserve an escape from him
But here he comes, once again

And all of SW wake county groans in anxiety-riddled anticipation.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
His silence was golden. His words are like rust.
