We Welcomed The New Year Comments

We squander lots of money for transient enjoyments, sometimes exploiting the starved and the needy. But our total disregard of the miseries of people around us is appalling! Sometimes when I witness some marriage ceremonies, I wonder how much of money is spent just for the function. After all the fanfare, we hear that the couple got separated within months!
