We The People Want Poem by Daniel Miltz

We The People Want

Protection, reassurance, in safe hands
Sheltered and protected, out of harm's way
Safe and sound, interior borderlands
Snugged and buttoned up every single day

Free from danger in the intercity
Preserved, well kept, and safeguarded bravely
Shielded and nestled, whilst' sitting pretty
Unthreatened, and out of danger safely

Guarded and nestled, in fine fettle truth
Blossoming quite brightly, and fully sparked
Secured and made, virtually, safe-proof
Against the powers of evil, unmarked
