i am very glad you clarified the countrywide situation(s) in you poet's note. the message is well-stated. i'm not sure i would call it a poem....except for the way you broke up the lines....but i'll accept it. there is one spelling error....maybe a typo....oppresed needs another s. i hope you are not one of the oppressed. if you are, good luck with that problem. otherwise, good luck with helping those that are oppressed. thanks for sharing.

Sad to know of your feelings of inequality. I hope things will change with the spread of education. True, this is not true for all parts of india.. Hope it is also true that this is not true for all, even in the backward regions of India.

It is a shame that inequality of the sexes still exists in the world. As a poet you can write about it and get your poems published for people to read.
