my eyes fill with tears as i watch you go away
I'm screaming out sorrow a bit more each day
i want to hold you and bring you back into my life
i want to kiss you and maybe feel all right
but you were stolen away from my heart
and each day it still tears me apart
I miss the way you made me feel
and i miss me playing with you in the field
why did they steal you away from me
why couldn't they leave us alone you see
i need you with me and i need your healing touch
and i cant understand why this still hurts so much
You were the world to me my dear friend
and now i have to always pretend
that i am fine with out you by my side
I'll bring my fake smile and then start to hide
the pain that's shown so clearly in my eyes
but nothing can break away fates ties
onto the fact that I'll never bring you back
and have the bliss that now my heart lacks
your tender licks onto my cheeks
and l always loved the way you seek
to find a way to play with toys
and i always loved the stupid joys
of petting your soft pure hue
and looking into your hazel eyes and knowing what you do
to take away the stress in my mind
cause when ever you laid by me i always was fine
but now cruel fate has stolen you from my arms
so now your not here and it now starts to harm
my very soul and its making me insane
to not be able to call out your name
no longer around me to give off your light
I'm lost in darkness and I'm loosing the fight
why did they take you oh please bring her Home
so i cant break away from this dome
of insanity and the feelings of pain
because everything's different and nothing the same
i need you so badly I'm starting to fall
so reach out and nudge me with your soft paw
My preaches pup where have you gone
I've missed you so much and its been so long
sense I've held you so close to me my dear
I miss rubbing my face in your fur
so now my heart breaks and sorrow dose stir
I'll bring you back some how my dear
cause i wont let my heart be filled with fear
so I'll pick you up and run with you
just like the way my heart always knew
we'll be reunited I'll promise you this
and I'll say break my sorrows by giving you my loving kiss
