Omnia vinct Amor Love conquers all as Virgil said. And this is true and so well expressed in your poem, Richard. Love it

the idea of humanism I like; what makes us common, but I'm afraid a Western citizen shares it all with a third-world citizen... congratulations to the beautiful strings!

What a lovely poem! Wish you a great 2019! Indeed, wars are our greatest anathema and biggest threats to mankind.

The Buddhist have the belief in oneness, the central tenant that lay claims that we are all interconnected, distinct bodies that are linked, independent but also interrelated, this work makes me think of that belief, but also gives me hope. Of all the divisions in the world and the fears of the other, its important to remember that each of us are brothers and sisters, this poem reinforces that need to see through the barriers. Thank you for writing this, its something that needs to be read.

Kevin, I've often felt akin to Buddhism. Thank you so much for your kind words. And for your affirmation.

As children of one God we are one. In spite of differences in color, creed or religion, we are equals under God's kingdom..The message of oneness and equality has been finely expressed in this poem. Let me quote- - You and I are One One with just One God One to be free Of prejudice One to see beyond colour Wish you Richard Wlodarski a Happy New Year with love and peace.
