In the miserable state of the have-nots no fate is involved. Helping others is not easy as wished. The receivers must be deserving and ready to be helped. Most of the times we live in parallel and the rulers and the NGOs are the suitable people to help the have-nots. Ordinary folk like us are neck-deep in our own troubles and problems. Good philosophical poem.
