.
Our minds rush us to intellect
Our opinions believe in polls
And majority vote sits on minority pride
Only if our interests are served right
Whether our culture is left or right
Whether our religion accepts or doesn't
And as for people's tailored constitution booklets
Everyone's life matters and will always
.
Our beliefs are different just like our color.
Our likes and dislikes are different just like our height.
Our laughter's can't weigh the same just like our weight
Even when our political ties are miles away
And our blood ties diluted in a milk stream
We continue to breathe this oxygen the same
And pushing these our bodies to outlive our life expectancy
Why then not live in parallel line as we see each other run than life?
.
That life you wish away isn't any yours different.
Just that you are living in different times
That blood that spills owns the color of your very own.
And the breath taken away won't reduce global warming.
As more races, beliefs and nations erupt
As generations sprout and die
Let's keep in the line and run our destiny.
Because no one will ever be like the rest.
But we can still share life, happiness and the earth regardless.
