Water Drop
Water drop! Water drop!
Come, come very soon,
It is summer heat is more?
Cool, cool and boon.
In month of July
It is heavy duties for you,
Come with pitter patter
Alleviate fatigue few.
You are most essential
And precious you are too,
People use in bathing, washing
Drinking, cooking, ice-cream they do.
Many factories are running
Your role is important and main,
You sing glory of nature everyday
You are needed by men and women.
In plantation you play
A vital role indeed,
All trees, creepers, bushes
Are alive and grow on speed.
Cloud is your mother
And lightening is your father,
From sky to ground
You drop down without bother.
For you all creatures are alive
And Nature looks beautiful,
People feel gladness, peace
And they become dutiful.
You have a good quality
You become cold from hot,
People should follow you
They like to be cool and be steady a lot.

Water is the elixir of life! It is poured down from the heavens to sustain and nourish life in the form of rain drops! If God withdraws this boon from man, imagine the state of our green Earth with all forms of life! Great poem reminding us of the importance of water!
