I along with my wife and son visited Kashmir in May 2019. Loved the beautiful, picturesque land and the poor, but warm, friendly people of Kashmir. How a minority community can be subject to brutal subjugation by its own state is glaringly evident in Kashmir. Thanks for bringing out the tragedy of the people and the land of Kashmir in your poem.

A powerful, thoughtful and insightful poem. Full of images, beautiful verses and great imagination have made this poem so beautifully presented and conveyed. Very touching. My heart goes for Kashmir. I hope leaders will come to terms and settle the dispute without loss of lives.. A great poem beautifully written. To my Poem List.

In a fight between two countries innocent people are suffering. So called heaven on earth has become bones of contention. Hope time will resolve this matter someday.

there are lives there are heaven there are flowers there are heaven there are water there are lives of heaven there are fire there are lives of heaven but now there the sun rises as the burning furnace the day comes with the canvas of pyre the rains shed the drops as the melancholic tears the night comes to make hear the warfare sounds the moon comes to show the sufferer of the wounded body the garden displays the flowers to keep bouquet on the sepulcher

But then a war started mountains, plains and the deserts picked up arms sometimes in the name of God sometimes in the name of undue nationalism.; excellent really excellent and finest poem penned by delineating the life of the appealing girl; like before again I confess that still we, the dwellers of the worlds, are not human! ! !
