The bright Moon's seen the greatness of the Qin Dynasty,
The border gates, glories of the Han's majesty;
On thousands of miles campaigning,
O! Until when will the soldiers be returning?

Only if "Flying General Li" were here,
(It would be amply clear -)
None of the fierce Tartar raiders-on-horse
Would the frontier Yin Mountain cross!
