Wanderer Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Wanderer

Rating: 5.0

Wanderer

As l greet one sunlight to another sunsets,
As I switched from one options to another elaborate plan,

It just someone walking alone with all these traveling passion and other destinations,

Drifters from the sun to the moon,
Worshiping my sun god, my moon mistress,

Always an emotional grapple for my true destinations,

his wandering search across the channels, sea dangers, with the high winds and the high waves,

He comes home empty handed but with his many sad memories,

Wanderer.
When an ocean man comes homes,
he will travel once more,

For any peace that settles with the Gods and this legacy of being alone.

" when an ocean man comes homes, he will travel once more, for any peace that settles with god and this legacy being alone." - great poem, " loneliness gives me wide opinion for that is my real companion." - loneliness is a poetic boon. wonderful!
