Waltzing With Whitman Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Waltzing With Whitman

I shall awaken
And touch this pure earth
Glorify in sun
Love all animals
Even the beastly
I shall despise riches
Give alms to the homeless
And share my such poor wealth
With those who are tasteless
I shall stand up for
Those so dull witted
Eerily crazy
Devote my income
To those so damn poor
Labour for justice
Above all...hate tyrants
