Voyage Comments

A difference between changing and growing is discussed. A poem of an individual being, a living one, I should say. Otherwise or in other aspects, is there a change... in this tiny dot or in this huge universe. Let me think :)

I liked this, the truth of integrity, belief in the life path chosen. It reminds me of a quote I think I can remember correctly. " This above all else, to thy own soul be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst then be false to no man." The term man is no longer politically correct, sadly I think integrity is often no longer politically correct.

Terrific verse, Soul. The last two lines especially highlight the condition of the writer, the philosopher, the artist. Often those capable of truly hearing the meaning behind the words are limited to numbers of all too few. Brilliant verse!

Your travels have been sound not changing in aging. Wisdom has been with you.

Apt title " Voyage" to a lovely poem. Change is must but some changes are not good either with age or with circumstances that is the goodness in us. A very thoughtful poem on the subject.10***
