Visual Images By Gio Masserati

Visual Images

they come slight discretely and shy
though vying for my delicate eye
for all be it a blatant lie

indiscrete images

I try to block the images stare
my speaking voice for this I dare
to save my spirit from it's snare

distorting images

distortion lurks behind my screen
even art themes that seem so clean
I try to rid the disturbing pic
each time another, take your pick

contradictory images

the images seem to water down
the saving messages beneath His crown
many seem to strengthen His word
then visual aids attached absurd

innocent images

Barren clips taken innocently
a woman there up on the tree
compromising positions make
thy witness is a soul forsake

visual images

most lovingly I plea to thee
to look inside your visions hook
to see if there your heart to snare
for shocking revelations took

My Prayer-
Create in me Your blameless eyes
to whom the world resistance pries
For visual aid to Thee I look
Save my soul from thieving crook
