cont'd: I knew that Theo would treat her in an amicable manner. Their father? I had some doubts. Very happy that he did not disapprove!
Five (5) stars ***** for this. AND I'm on Vincent's side! ! AND, yes, Christine's portrait looks A LOT like my mom did in an old photo! ! ! ! Believe me? Believe ME! ! ! ! bri : )

St.2, line 3: 'respectful' is not the form of the word 'respect' that 'you want'. I think I'd use 'respected' or 'respectable'.

YIKES! I had TROUBLE trying to get my comment re Vincent & my great-great-grandmother
I'm back! ! stanza 1: 'serious' in U.S., not 'serios'; 'a woman Of disrepute and degrading profession.'? ? I never knew Vincent knew my great-great-grandmother! ! ! ; 'artistes' (now I know!) means, ...among other things, .....'artists'.
Geeta aka TT, Don't, go too far. I 'have to' 'go pee', but I plan to return, read the poem, and leave comments, AND, if you are lucky I'll throw some Stars your way! ! bri : )
Another great write, my friend as always. Gripping, interesting and inspiring!
Another interesting and important stage in the life of a great artist, Van Gogh. His character is full of mystery, so complicated that every page of his book of life is captivating.
At last Vincent found love and peace. Nice to know that his father and brother like Christine. Very interesting.
Naive, or not, I admire his courage for been his true authentic self.
