Verse be as this
Look above
Immediate verse
Sung and chanted.
And
This continue too
In dreamy stupor of
The sub-conscious wine
The Dawn will come to
All the same

Your counsel us to look above / immediate verse which I assume is a failed kind of poetry and definitely not WHAT THE AGE DEMANDED, as Ezra Pound put it. I'm also assuming dreamy stupor of / the sub-conscious wine is a metaphor for inspired poetry. You are encouraging the poet to enter the Interior World of the sub-conscious for renewed inspiration.
