Venice Beach Poem by Daniel Miltz

Venice Beach

In the days of youthful yore
Here I was at the end of road
America galore
No more land
A place of dreams at hand
Not only the tinseled ones
The refuge of poor artist personage
Venice Beach with its gypsy yonder
Bohemian poets, writers
White sand, and ocean surfers
