Vasline Man Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Vasline Man

"Mene, mene, tekel, upharsin"!

At the first night of dawn,

My love with you,

For the first time! !

Like the four winds of the sea.

"Mene, mene, tekel, upharsin"!

Vasiline Man,

In my Vision by night;

Mission of this love.

Hands like the hands of a man,

Hands like the hands of a woman,

Opened to the brooks!

Books and looks,

Sweet love,

To keep the matter in my heart.

Vasline Man!

Planted in the U. S. A. With the mind of a bard;

Cards of love and life,

A yard with the truth,

Vineyards of love,

The background,

Backyard full of dreams! Dreams of love and life;

"Mene, mene, tekel, upharsin"!
