Variations On A Theme... Poem by Shaun Cronick

Variations On A Theme...

Rating: 5.0

When writing variations on a theme,
Perhaps great things arise.
Hidden truths are finally revealed,
To administer vast surprise.

Nothing to lose but all to gain,
So that old adage goes.
New light through poetry windows,
Shining on what's composed.

A wonderful and insightful poem, Shaun. When we use different strokes and try new ones, we could discover some things that will improve our craft. " Nothing to lose but all to gain." A pragmatic thought. Beautifully written.
