An epic poem about the injustices of society in China, the lies, the corruption and the greed that invades and conquers humanity all that is left is a society of masks that cover up the shallowness and selfishness with a different face for every occasion! Superb write! !

Thank you, Hazel. The saddest thing is the whole world watches and sometimes enjoys the fast growing economics on human sufferings.

Quite the undertaking. You have capture many graphic visuals, striking in their forceful commentary on social changes in China. Well done, good poet!

Yes, this poem was written in 1999, and it's still very real to the reality in some parts of the world.
