It is a heartfelt poem on obortion. Killing fetus is a great offence and unhuman action. This poem will bring awareness in the society. Dear Chris, you have inscribed it from the heart. Let some lines quote here... I was pulled screaming from my water world The voices unfamiliar Not my mother's or my sister's My body grew cold I cried, I screamed until no sounds came from my burning lungs No one came to feed me No one cared that I was hungry I was alone, a part of life All I needed was an home and love The pain subsided Slowly in the dark my breathing slowed The rhythm of my heart became a faint drum beat Alone in this dark room My eyes were open but I never saw the light. Thanks for sharing.
