Until My Last Breathe Poem by Raimi Babatunde

Until My Last Breathe

I let you in and you broke my heart
It must be very crazy and hypnotic
To love that one who breaks your heart
And still you can't let go

Go ahead, I will love you o'er again
Until my last breathe, till you break my heart
Till I become breathless you'll be my heartbeat
Don't say I'm crazy, I am just crazily in love

Can't even seek the one who will heal my heart
This suffering and pain is too much
How do I love you and let you hurt me?
But suddenly, the chemistry dissipated

Severally I cried on my pillow
How I so loved you and still you broke my heart
I see the hurt in your eyes
And still I let you hurt me...

The acoystic of my box and tonality is faded
Now, my strings only pull sad notes
And the rythym of my heart is shattered
Tell me, how? How do I fix this broken piece of me?

Doors shut, I need time to heal
I pray my rosary the next knock be yours
I swear 'll open my doors wide
And I'll still let you in creating memories.

If I love you and still let you hurt me
Then I love you more than Ilove me
You really hurt and broke my heart viciously
But just that you know, I still love you...
