Unlucky Poem by Richard D Remler

Unlucky

.........

It's Friday, March 13 at two.
Things do not look so good for you.

You got up on the wrong side of bed,
Then stubbed your toe and banged your head.

You took your Uncle Ned's advice,
You walked under a ladder...twice.

You cracked the mirror in the den.
I'll bet you won't do that again.

You let a black cat cross your path.
And that's not good.Just do the math!

And that umbrella that you opened?Ouch!
Right indoors and near the couch.

I hear that's bad!And it's your fault.
I guess it's good you spilled the salt.

If I were you I'd run and hide,
I wouldn't step a foot outside...

Yep, that's exactly what I'd do
Because things don't look so good for you.
