Hello Shaun, when times are challenging we sometimes are unsure how to move forward..The path is often not apparent and more than likely littered with the debris of our own doubts but what I have discovered is that sometimes we need to listen to our instinct which is really quite straightforward..It is to love..to give that love to heal an ailing world.You yourself are a wonderful physician as I always feel so much better when I read your words.
