for freedom and birds to fly freely
And above this horizontal land along the sea is another boundary
for birds to live and discover life lively

I totally share you r views and agree with them, your wisdom here is shining brightly and brilliantly. This world may be likened to a cage but Gid's rules and bounds are best for us. And I like writing poems a lot about not caging birds so I enjoyed your last two lines literally too. Kudos. Pleez do write your thoughts under my newest poem too, titled, dark skinned vs fair skin, I would love to hear your views
I love this poem, Soul. I love the comments. So many people are set out to control us and encage our soul. Let us Love our Creator in a way, so special and unique, that not another person can control.
Thank you, Dear Soul. We all must be thankful to our stars for the freedom showered upon us but the same will be meaningless if we try to deprive others (humans or all living beings) of their legitimate right to freedom. A thought provoking poem. Also thanks for the Notes.
Ever Such Beauty, Heart And Soul! ! ! ! ! Ever So Moving And Powerful! ! ! ! ! Thank You Ever So Much For Sharing This! ! ! ! ! :) Endless 10S! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! +++++
a wonderfully thought provoking poem let free to fly into the bluest of skies? ..............well penned US
Cont.... These thoughts and wisdom have been laid down beautifully in this wonderful write. A poem that touches on one of the fundamental issues that affect mankind. Excellently crafted and executed. A favorite and into my Poem List.10
WE equate freedom to life itself. For what is life if we don't have freedom? Our right to speak, act or think however must be within the purview of what is legal and moral. This is where limitations to this freedom will come in. Freedom is not absolute . There are rules set by God and government to uphold the rule of law. Such rules will maintain stability and prevent chaos.
none can come into or out of life with one's own will. boundaries or limits or cages are foundation of life. how some inorganic matter is bounded in the magic of life. very very beautiful poem friend. and we are free to choose the limits of humanity or not.
People appear to have many freedoms and limitations often coinciding within cultural, spiritual, and physical practices within their region. Birds and humans with folded wings behind bars or those suffering from cruelly imposed restrictions is such a sad situation especially when wings and minds are born to truly to fly.
Thought provoking indeed. A birds life is to just feed and flight. Life for a human is of course feed but seek ambition and materials. Humans become so ambitious they forget to simply enjoy the flight of life. With your poet notes......Without these rules there would be no respect for others. Thank you Soul
Soul, I had to read and reread several times. There is something about the last line in the first stanza. It suggests that our real freedom lies in our ability to make discovery. Perhaps taking that away represents our cage? A very fine poem, Soul
Blue sky mesmerizes us due to amazing imagery. Birds are automatically attracted and they feel freedom. This horizontal land along the sea is another boundary and very freely birds fly here. Under this blue sky beyond imagination living in freedom is a greater aspect in life. This poem is definitely very brilliantly penned. This is excellently worthy poem.
Birds are not meant to be in bars, rather they ought to be free in the beautiful spherical cage of earth..Wonderful poem soul
We are, as though, inhabitants of a spherical cage where we ought to abide by some rules and regulations. Although a cage of sorts, we do not usually notice the bars because the cage is a huge one. We enjoy our relative freedom as set forth by the rulers of our respective countries. Birds do not have Governments, in that sense they enjoy more freedom than we do. These thoughts occurred to my mind as I was reading your poem.
