Amazing, how the memories are emerging, how certain words can awake apparently forgotten memories from one's subconscious mind...I was enticed by the title of your poem, which instinctively reminded me of Rihanna's song...not exactly the kind of music I listen to, but... this particular song it did have an enormous impact on me at the time...your poem resonates perfectly with me...I very much enjoyed reading your poem, and Hello again, as you were the first person to encounter here, at Poemhunter in 2014.
