Everyone is asking you to fight on
everyone is encouraging you to go on
someone sending you military aid and missiles
someone sending you weapons and bombs;
each one telling you to defend your country
each one telling you not to give up the fight;

you are absorbed in patriotism
you are engrossed in retaining your country's integrity
as no one ever wants to lose one's honor
no one ever wants to let go it's country's identity;

but what will remain if the fight will go on
when the enemy is determined to fight on?
what will remain if the war will continue
when the enemy is resolute
to conquer and capture your entire nation?

Which city or which town will survive
such massive bombs and explosions?
which neighborhood will last
if all apartments will keep falling down one by one
and turn into debris and dust?

Which homes will have shelter and unity
if families will keep running for safety
and abandoning their nests out of fear?
which humanity will last
if this fierce war will continue
for another two hundred and fifty days and more?

Which roads and bridges will remain
for people to walk if bombs will explode
and damage and destroy the entire network?
how will people keep themselves warm in winter
if they will have no gas or fuel?

It is time you close your ears and not hear others;
it is best to think for yourself what is valuable -
whether it is the land or the people of your country
as it is always more gainful and conscientious
to save human lives and respect human survival
rather than fight a war that has no end
but only fatalities, mortalities and sufferings
which keep increasing day by day
as the woes of war are always so huge
that only the ones who fight and face
the calamities and the consequences suffer
and know the depth of their pain
while the rest of the world keeps pitying,
encouraging and supporting hostilities
not realizing nor caring
that it is only one step of humbleness
which can save a million families
from tears and tragedies;

so let go the applause, the leaning shoulders,
the encouraging leaders;
it is more relevant that you think of saving millions
of innocent lives of your people of your country
which is greater duty and honor
you can give to humanity
rather than fighting until exhaustion takes its toll
and makes your people fall one by one
to the ground as corpses
when brotherhood and unity
is what makes our earth a better planet
than the rest of the planets;

so think of peace, just hover in peace;
levitate peace, offer peace and invite harmony
with some adjustments and agreements,
in the interest of justice for your people
who are suffering for so many months
with no options, with no solutions;
and they only look up to you for their tomorrow,
for their solace and their lost serenity.
