Thank you for your comment Alice. There are many species with consciousness on planet earth. Possibly one or more more intelligent than humans.
The day before, Mary Freeman was leaving the scene of the ancient stone circle at Avebury not far away. At 11: 30 pm she saw a large golden disk-shaped object within a cloud. A bright white parallel beam of light came from the bottom of the disk at an angle of about 65º and shone toward Silbury Hill,1.5 miles south, causing fright. A new taste of poetry. UFOs, Alien creatures have long since shadowed the modern mind. Thanks for the mystery in this poem. Subhas.
