Two Worlds Poem by Kingsley Egbukole

Two Worlds

Two adolescents I called
One fair in hide
One dark in contrast
Same age
Equal height
And comparable intelligence

To the two
I put a question
On understanding of poverty

Fair skin gave a definition
As it is written
Dark skin explained it
From practical experience
Two people, two worlds

Different strokes they say for different folks. Exposing the naked reality of life. Thumbs up for this piece
