This one made me smile. First of all, the poems of Hafez and then the lightness of a sparrow moving and ascending slowly among branches without a care in the world about progress. Searching for a door to paradise, lovely poem Daniel Happy new year

A DEEP QUEST FOR LIGHT - that's a wonderful way to put it. The ultimate pay-off is not money or fame but a sense of beauty in life and the world. We can this very week celebrate the accomplishments of another year of poetry! !
daniel, thank you. you have us both outside, and this reminds me of a phrase that is central, as i understand it, to celtic christianity, i.e., the book of nature. there's the book of scripture and any other book (of poems or? ? ?) that may inspire us, but we both open ourselves and find so much in the book of nature. -glen
