I think there is a correlation between Moments and Orphan: time. Moments of life spent with the ones we love give meaning to life, and the sad reality of an orphan living without his/her parents. A well-composed poem!
discord is root cause of orphans. moments are just moments-they vanish, leaving memories behind. Poet has brought out these stark realities in these twin triplets. The poem has used simple words; a very enjoyable poem. liked it immensely.

The triplet regarding Moments and the one regarding Orphan are each in its own way creditable! - The line They glide into eternity like a trickle in the 1st triplet is so attractive-! In the 2nd triplet every orphan is made- a castaway sans either's support is an apt and true statement! ! Lovely too! !
