I concur with the wonderful thoughts of the great Poet that some friends are just there on sunny days but disappear on rainy days. And so very true, God is our greatest friend of all.
A beautiful poem with insight and meaningful message. Friendship depends on trust and respect. If these two elements cease to exist, then friendship will be nothing but mere acquaintance.
This poem really resonates with me Shaun. Several years ago I had to cut off several so - called friends. Fortunately, I now have some very solid friendships including two artistically minded ones from Germany. Last year I was invited to Germany for my friend Lukas' wedding and was asked to read out a poem in church in honour of the bride and groom..anyway, it's a touching ten from me!
