melancholia.. how much I feel it deeply rooted into myself.. feeding on my blood.. a well painted lyric, Mihaela but after Daniel's remarkable comment.. how could I add more..?
Your poem affects me deeply. Once again you bring in the fact of fate in the phrase FATED SAD ROMANCE. But inspite of this keen awareness AND the experience of life's unfairness, you affirm rather than despair in the course of the poem. You make memory our ally, especially in a triumphant image AMOROUS BLISS REMAIN AS TREASURY. That image resonated on my second reading, it is the beating heart of the poem, because it shows how to prevent bitterness from overwhelming your consciousness, which instead becomes a blessed place of great memories, great due to their sincerity, fidelity and everlastingness. Your poem convinced me of something impossible - life DID NOT US PART - that's the impossible truth it makes believable.
Suffice to me to think our love, beloved, Nurtured profoundly, safe in our hearts; Thus we live through them again, my love - This life unfair, did not us part......touching expression with nice theme. Beautiful poem shared amazingly.
