Food and water! ! To satisfy the muse of life. Thanks for sharing this poem with us.
A great Haiku which leaves an interesting question to the readers.
Thank you Devi. The question is asked to everybody who criticizes people who take drinks, need not necessarily be a habitual drinking. To some alcohol is like a charming potion.Masked ethics is to be criticised
When people interested in taking drinks are criticized by others who pretend to be teetotalers this question is apt
When I take drinks how do you get intoxicated? .....interesting question relating to above two lines. Meaningful haiku cutely presented.
Thank you Kumaramaniji. In a broader sense drinking makes no harm to the onlookers who pretend to be clean and look down upon the drinking people
drinks makes the difference
Thabk you very much for the comments. To take drinks is not a sin. It is in many ways useful to many in the society. This poem is written as a query to those who look down upon the people in the habit of drinking for intoxication. What moral right is on the side of the society to ridicule them. So long as the drinkers make no harm to the socity there is no harm in their drinking
