Trimming The Pathway (Up To A Georgian House) Poem by james watkin

Trimming The Pathway (Up To A Georgian House)

Cuttings of boxwood
Let lay too long.
Though men of girth whoop, enter
Into more wrong.

Low bent to appease
Brisk slug who rants
To find my unpeeled arms, these
Pungent with ants!
