Trees Stripped Naked Poem by Terence George Craddock

Trees Stripped Naked

Rating: 5.0

bare trees
bare skies
grey overcast
cold wrapping

trees
stripped naked
litter leaves
cover chill ground

leaving
leaf mould
roots warming
comforting protecting

to bless
birth first
new buds
spring opening

to clothe
trees in birth
new gowns
adorned green growing
