Tragedy Poem by Varala Anand

Tragedy

Rating: 3.5

Flow is an eternal truth;
Motion is a reality;
Mobility is life.

Tragedy is,
In the continuous flow of
The 'lub dub', 'lub dub'
The silence in between
Is also a part of life

In the perpetual movement
For a moment,
If there is a break
We confront
A still and static state
Vacuum emerges
What a melancholy!
We can neither walk nor move

Wish to walk and run
Miles together
Desire to meet everyone
And be as everyone
Inability to do as we wish
Incapability to be as we desire
What a tragic state!
Painful than death
