A great poem, the past present and future is all part of us. A great poem.

With the passage of time whatever we held sacred one time is becoming out moded. While people of our generation try desperately to preserve them... the new generation is bent on replacing them with the latest trends! Change is the order of the day! We have to accept the inevitable.... but a yearing for the things left behind still remains....! A great write! !

Things are constantly changing - that is inevitable. It's called progress. But I feel as you do - I'd like to hold onto some of the nicer things from the past - like letter-writing. Internet is wonderful, no doubt about it. But I miss the thrill of going to the mailbox and finding a letter from a friend. It's nice to reminisce. Good poem - although the nostalgia is overtaking me.
