Toxicity doesn't go away with time,
It sticks around like a hidden crime.
In every phase of life, it brings its pain,
Ending it is a way to love yourself again.

You need courage to make a stand,
Nothing to prove; just take your hand.
Choose peace and respect for your heart,
Trade pain for joy and make a new start.

Don't let fear and guilt keep you stuck,
In a place where honesty has no luck.
Your future is waiting, a chance to be free,
Leave behind worries, let go easily.

Life is a journey with many who might come,
Some bring you joy, while others feel numb.
Be careful of those who wear a disguise,
Sometimes parting ways is truly wise.

So, step into the light, take back your space,
Let love and truth guide you with grace.
You deserve a life that is bright and free,
Toxicity has no hold, just let it be.
