Top O' The Morning To You
As I awake this very fine morning,
A pleasant thought pops in my head.
Of a quaint old Irish greeting,
Which in these times is seldom said...
'Top o' the morning to you',
Then I pull a book from my bookshelf.
As I find its forgotten response,
'And the rest of the day to yourself.'
