Too Late Poem by Lamar Cole

Too Late

He sat in the rain on the curb of the street at night.
Because he and his girlfriend had a fight.
She told him that she was tired of putting up with his bull.
And that she was a precious jewel.
That he should have learned to appreciate.
But now it was too late.
