You are too good for me
I've heard those words
Far too many times
From a woman to say good-bye
Still I don't understand
Why this was the reason
After all our time together
Too say good-bye and go away
Still I wonder after the years
Would it been better if I was bad
If I beat her and abused
Would she have stayed
Would she still be here
Why did she leave ‘cause I was good
