This will always be one of my favorite poems. We always think that once we have stopped our relationship with our partner that it means we don't love them anymore, but isn't there always that little piece of us that remembers...

I came here having heard it read on YouTube by Tom O’Bedlam. It is heartbreaking, and inspiring. I have not had the courage to write my saddest lines, to address my lost one with all the poetry my heart can bring forth. Neruda calls forth in me that courage.
