A nice poem, expressing the lonely feelings of the poet on a cold, Wintry night. 'My bed is cold and so am I' - evokes thoughts on how good a warm companion can be, on a cold bed! 'I pull the sleeping bag over my head, wishing it were morning.' - Nice! Some of my childhood thoughts were like this, in Winter nights.

You have actually penned so well the beauty your wife of painted in your life that even wine can't replace so well brought the lonliness. Beautiful. Thank-you Sir.
