Hi Grace - This poem has a nice sructure - six balanced quatrains - balanced lines - and an emotive content which moves smoothly from verse to verse. It merits a TEN on all counts. The content relects the title but what does it tell us? Verses 1,2,3 Describe the transience of the initial pain of 'missing someone'. The tears will fade - the heart forgets the pain - worries fade - wounds cleanse - broken chimes mend - frustrations go - cruelty ends. Verse 4 How do we define love? Holding back the Ocean - A wild storm - lovely words? Verse 5 Love is an infinite subject - so questions are neither reveled or answered - yesterday never comes. Verse 6. There is always a tomorrow - when someone moves out of our life but - Tears do fade away - Grace - amazingly the stars do not fall - and the MYSTIQUE PLAY of life DAWNS and we move on again. Thanks for sharing such an emotive poem with us - we would sure miss you if you ever went away. Love you in Poetry - JOHN.
